Loud Volume Booster Pro & EQ

Android Package: com.boostforge.audio

Effective Date: July 30, 2026

1. Introduction

Kenny Clark (“I,” “me,” or “my”) operates the Loud Volume Booster Pro & EQ mobile application (Android package: com.boostforge.audio), referred to as “the App.” This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.

By downloading or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Information We Collect

The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to any server operated by the developer. The App is a standalone audio enhancement tool that processes all audio entirely on your device.

  • No user accounts or registration are required
  • No personal information (name, email, phone number, etc.) is collected
  • No audio recordings are made, stored, or transmitted
  • No usage analytics are collected by the developer
  • All audio processing and equalization happens locally on your device

However, third-party services integrated into the App (see sections below) may collect certain information as described in their respective privacy policies.

3. Google AdMob Advertising

The free version of the App displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. AdMob is a mobile advertising platform operated by Google LLC. When ads are displayed, AdMob may collect certain information, including:

  • Device advertising ID (Android Advertising ID)
  • IP address
  • Device information (model, OS version, screen size)
  • General location derived from IP address
  • Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)

This data is collected and processed by Google, not by the developer. Google uses this information to serve relevant ads and measure ad performance in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy.

You can opt out of personalized advertising through your Android device settings under Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization, or by resetting your advertising ID.

4. In-App Purchases

The App offers a $1.99 one-time (lifetime) purchase to remove all advertisements. This purchase is processed entirely through Google Play Billing.

  • The developer does not collect or process any payment information
  • All billing, payment processing, and receipt validation are handled by Google Play
  • Purchase history and payment details are managed by your Google account
  • No credit card numbers, billing addresses, or financial data are sent to the developer

For information about how Google handles your payment data, see the Google Payments Privacy Notice.

5. Microphone Permission

The App may request access to your device’s microphone or audio system. This permission is used solely for the App’s core audio-processing functionality — specifically, to capture and boost the device audio stream in real time through the volume booster and equalizer.

  • Audio is processed locally on your device only
  • No audio is recorded, saved, or stored
  • No audio data is transmitted to any server
  • The microphone/audio permission is never used for surveillance, voice recognition, or any purpose other than real-time audio enhancement

6. Now-Playing Metadata

The App may read now-playing metadata (such as the current song title, artist name, or album) from active media sessions on your device. This information is used solely to display what is currently playing within the App’s interface.

  • Now-playing metadata is read locally and never leaves your device
  • No listening history or media library data is collected or stored
  • This data is not transmitted to any server or third party

7. Accounts & Server Data

The App does not require you to create an account, register, or sign in. There is no user account system of any kind.

The developer does not operate any servers that receive, store, or process data from the App. All App functionality runs entirely on your device. The only network activity originates from third-party services (such as Google AdMob serving ads and Google Play Billing processing purchases), which communicate with their own servers under their own privacy policies.

8. Third-Party Services

The App integrates the following third-party services, each of which may collect information as described in their own privacy policies:

The developer is not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party services. You are encouraged to review their respective privacy policies.

9. Data Retention & Deletion

Since the developer does not collect or store any personal data, there is no user data retained on any developer-operated server.

  • App preferences (such as equalizer settings or volume levels) are stored locally on your device and can be cleared by clearing the App’s data or uninstalling the App.
  • Ad-related data collected by Google AdMob is managed by Google. You can manage this data through your Google account settings.
  • Purchase records are managed by Google Play and your Google account.

To delete all locally stored App data, go to your Android device settings, find the App, and select “Clear Data” or uninstall the App.

10. Security

Because the developer does not collect or store any personal data on any server, there is no user data at risk of a server-side breach. All audio processing and App settings are handled locally on your device and are protected by your device’s own security measures (screen lock, encryption, etc.).

The App does not contain any code designed to harvest, exfiltrate, or covertly transmit user data.

11. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect any personal information from children. Since the App collects no personal data from any user, no special provisions for children’s data are necessary.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has somehow provided personal information through the App, please contact me so I can take appropriate action.

12. Your Choices

You have the following choices regarding your data and the App:

  • Opt out of personalized ads — Adjust your Android advertising settings under Settings > Google > Ads.
  • Remove ads entirely — Purchase the $1.99 lifetime ad-removal option within the App.
  • Revoke permissions — You can revoke the App’s microphone/audio permission at any time through your Android device settings. Note that this may affect the App’s core functionality.
  • Clear local data — Clear the App’s data or uninstall the App to remove all locally stored preferences.
  • Uninstall — You can uninstall the App at any time to stop all data processing.

13. Changes to This Policy

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

I encourage you to review this page periodically for the latest information on privacy practices.
